The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Aula Evans can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

I am sorry to hear of your loss.
I have ALL good memories of Aula.
She approached me with a huge smile every single time we met.
She had the most charming way of tilting her head, leaning back a bit, and clasping her hands on her legs as she listened in delight to anything I said.
She supported my mother in so many ways. Was a true friend and confidant to her.
When I was young, she was an influence in that she sang with vigor and confidence at church. She was one of the first women to show me how to express oneself with power and authenticity.

Very sad to read of your mom's passing. She was such a sweet, gentle woman. I'd see your parents @ grocery store periodically over the years, & we always chatted at length. Your dad remembered me until later in his illness. Big hugs. Such fond memories of the "'Bury days"...Take care all.
