Condolence: Peggy, you believed in the women you served and in return they believed in you.
I deeply felt sad as we did not get a chance to say goodbye and more to say thank you, for your dedication to the women and the children. Thank you for the hope you planted and many people lives you touched.
Peggy and I worked in the same program but we did not work side by side. Peggy was in the North and I was in the South and we came together with a common goal. However, I held high respect for Peggy great advocacy to her clients, determination, and passion.
Who knows Peggy knows her dry sense of humour and her quick wit. Peggy says things the way they are as she operates from a platform of honesty and courage.
We lost a colleague and a great advocate for women and children. She was a strong, professional woman. and well represented the agency she worked for…
May her memories bring comfort to her family and friends and at the same time her work and dedication… merits… stay a legacy… that carries her name… Rest in Peace…Peggy
