The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ramona Heard Blake can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Patsy Heard Hunt
Condolence: I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Blake. She was a wonderful teacher & mentor to all three of my children, and she is the reason that our daughter became a teacher. I always felt as if she was a part of my family, since we both shared the same maiden name, and I've known her husband Linus most of my life, because we both were born & raised in Easley. A light has truly gone in this world; God bless the family and my condolences to all.

Condolence: I give my sincerest condolences to the Blake family and friends. Something I always find comforting is what God promises to do for us. Revelation 21:3,4 says that He will wipe away the tears from all faces, and suffering, pain and death will be no more. And in John 5:28,29 the Bible says that there will be a time when we can see our loved ones again. I hope you find these scriptures to be uplifting.
