The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Deltha Elliott can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Janice Chandler
Condolence: Deltha was a "ball of fire". You could see that in her eyes. I remember her from many years ago from a dental office. She was the patient and I was working there. I remember her beautiful smile and fun laugh. She would share her stories of her vacations, oh what fun she would have retelling those adventures. I could tell she was a hard worker. Thank you Deltha for the fun memories!!
