Condolence: Tobey’s life and testimony is a wonderful light to the world. I use current tense because although he no longer lives on this earth, his legacy will live on forever. He touched so many lives, more than we will ever know. We will miss him greatly, but knowing he is walking with Jesus is a comfort. He is enjoying a reunion with Jack, Lil and all who have gone on before him. And he is waiting for you sweet Rose. You were always a loyal partner in Tobey’s ministry. But God has left you here for now to carry on His work. Praying for comfort and peace as you continue on your journey.

Condolence From: Leland and Marilyn Tippett
Condolence: Dearest Rose, We are sorry to hear of Toby passing. Although we lived much too far away, we loved to be with Toby on each visit South. We well remember when he was preaching at the same building where his memorial service will be. He shared his rich knowledge of scripture and taught us many lessons too. We would always come back home remembering his keen sense of humor and many stories told in laughter and sorrow. "Oh to be like Thee. . .
