Thomas G. Faust, age 67, of Oshkosh, passed into the arms of his Lord and Savior, Thursday morning, October 5, 2017, at Mercy Medical Center. Born on August 30, 1950, in Oshkosh, the son of Gilbert and Virginia (Mueller) Faust, Tom married Linda Zahn on June 24, 1973 in Muskego, Wisconsin.
Employed by Buckstaff Company in 1974 as a production worker, Tom remained a loyal employee advancing to the position of supervisor until his retirement in 2008. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, serving as an Elder and Children Choir Director. Tom served as President of Pluswood Credit Union and enjoyed playing in a golf league.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Faust of Oshkosh; his siblings, James (Kathleen) Faust of Fond du Lac, John Faust of Madison, Eve (Stephan) Blum of Fond du Lac, and Robert (Vicki) Faust of Temecula, California; 17 nieces and nephews; a special aunt, Mary Mueller of Oshkosh; and close friends, Mike and Cathy Hanke of Green Bay.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, October 9, 2017, at 3:30 p.m. in Grace Lutheran Church, 913 Nebraska Street, Oshkosh, with Reverend Jeffrey Duquaine officiating.
