Obituary for Robin A "Chunck" Carr

Robin A. Carr “Chunck”, 52, of South Orange for 10 years and formerly of Rutherford, passed away at home on October 9, 2017. For last 10 years, he was employed by Bozzuto Management Group as the Property Maintenance Manager at Gaslight Commons in South Orange. Robin loved fishing, crabbing and bowling. He was a Giants and Yankee fan. Chunck was a generous, kind person and had numerous friends. Beloved brother of Jay E. Carr and Suzanne Carr McGuire and her husband Joe. Loving uncle of Kerri McGuire. Devoted son of the late Eugene and M.Kathleen (nee Carney) Carr. He loved his dog Duncan. Funeral departing from the Kimak Funeral Home, 425 Broad Street, Carlstadt on Friday, October 13, 2017 at 9:00 AM for a Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s R. C. Church, Rutherford at 9:30 AM. Cremation will be private. Visitation Thursday 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Asbury Park Boardwalk Rescue, Inc. P.O. Box 1314, Asbury Park, NJ 07712.
