Condolence From: Cheri Moore
Condolence: I was very saddened to hear of Bro. David Jackson's passing. He was one of my all-time favorite people that I have ever had the privilege to work with. He was a wonderful person who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. I hate that I was unable to attend the funeral. The family has been in my thoughts and prayers.

Condolence: The news of David's passing shook me to the core. David grew up a blocks away. I recall first racing Cub Cadet riding lawnmowers. I used my grandfather's and David had one of his own. Since both lawnmowers were mechanically governed, it was never much of a race and both of us could probably have run faster. The last time I spoke to David we shared flying eperiences--we'd graduated from slow moving riding mowers to aircraft.

I don't recall David ever having a negative thing to say about anyone or anything. It was always a delight to be in his presence.

Most of all, David was a Christian and set an excellent example for all to follow.

I had great admiration for David. He will be missed.

Planet earth just lost a great servant..but our loss is Heaven's gain.

Condolence: Dear Marcia, Jill and Erica,
We are so sorry to hear of David's passing. So many good memories of him and you.... We so appreciate David's interest in and service to the City of Marble Hill. His leadership as City Administrator blessed not only us, but an untold number of others. We are grateful the Lord put us together in that season. David represented not only the City, but the Lord Jesus Christ very well.
We are sad not to be with you this weekend. We are sorry to miss his home going service and to share memories of all of you..... little
girls in pretty ruffled dresses coming into the local restaurant with their parents after church, etc. May our dear Lord comfort your hearts and hold you closer than ever before.
We send much love and prayers to you and your family.
Love, Ben and Pam Ellis

Condolence: I will always remember the warm smile and friendly greeting where ever I met David. He and my deceased wife Mary had fun and she loved him detailing her car he was the best.i can’t imagine there greeting and discussion in Heaven. When he left Marble Hill Mo we missed him. I wanted David to come work for my agency which we spent some time discussing several months back. He was a man of character and credibility. God has taken David to a better place. To the family you will see David again. May God give your family his comfort and tender care during this difficult time!

Condolence: I'll always remember his kindness and humor as a former coworker at UPCI Headquarters in Hazelwood. He will be missed but I know he's rejoicing with others in heaven. Many prayers of comfort for Sis Marcia and the family.

Condolence: Lifting Marica and family up in our prayers. (So strange that just a couple of days ago, I was thinking of you and wondering where you were living.) We enjoyed your friendship when we both had offices in the Goodson Building. Deepest sympathy to the Jackson family.
