Sandra Ann Norton (Stanko)
Sandra Ann Norton, a longtime resident of Oakland County passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 in Warren. She was 60 years old.

Sandra was born in Detroit on June 18, 1957 to Andrew Arthur and Dorothy Alice (nee Jablonski) Stanko. After completing her Associate's degree, she worked for many years as a bookkeeper, most recently at the architecture firm of Newman & Smith, playing a vital role in the construction of Comerica Park in Detroit. Outside of her work, Sandra loved gardening, flowers, cooking, and had a special love for her pets. Above all, Sandra loved her family and will be surely missed by all who knew and loved her.

Sandra is survived by her loving daughters, Shanel (fiance Joseph Bernier) Sitto, and Taylor (fiance Christopher Perzyk) Norton; cherished siblings Anthony Stanko, Michael (Alice) Stanko, and Nancy (Tom) Pakledinaz; and beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering will be held on October 21, 2017 from 11am until the time of the memorial service at 12pm at the Faulmann & Walsh Golden Rule Funeral Home, 32814 Utica Road, Fraser, Michigan 48026, with Rev. William Herman officiating. Burial of her cremated remains will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township.
