The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Klaus Holthaus can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Chris "Vern" Vernon
Condolence: I attended high school with Dieter in Bolton and was shocked to hear of his passing. He was loyal and always stood up for his friends. I remember being in awe of his fearless nature and passion for everything that he did. His sense of humour was as big as his personality and I still laugh 30 years later at some of the antics we shared.

Condolence From: Bruce Hunt
Condolence: Hello my name is Bruce Hunt. I'm an old friend of Dieter's from his days growing up in Bolton. I am shocked and saddened to hear that Dieter has passed way and want to extend my deepest condolences and sympathies to the Holtaus family and all his friends. Dieter and I were best friends, and pretty much inseparable from grades 6 to 8. Dieter is part of many fond memories I from those times, BMX Biking, Roof Jumping, Meeting Girls, and other mischief I won't elaborate on here. I will always remember Dieter as a fun and high energy person who was an endless source of entertainment. I also remember Dieter as a very loyal and true friend. He fearlessly stuck up for me and came to my aid on many occasions when I got myself in a jam. I'm sure he kept that quality his whole life and that we will be missed my many people. I'm sorry for your loss. Warm Regards and Best Wishes. Bruce Hunt
