The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Baby Rhaylen Kelly can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I am so deeply sorry for your loss Kelly family. A scripture I always find to be encouraging is Isaiah 41:10 that says God will strengthen us, and He tells us not to be afraid. Not only does He promise to help us during these hard times, but He gives us the wonderful hope found at Acts 24:15; a hope for those we've lost in death. I hope this thoughg comforts you during your distressing time.
