Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday October 14, 2017 at the age of 75. Devoted wife of the late Constantin. Proud Mother of Carmen (Nick Malfara) and George. Cherished Maia of Alberto, Cassandra, Edward and Giancarlo. Dear sister of Dumitru (Elisabeth) and Elena (Dumitru). Maria has joined her beloved husband, parents and siblings. She will be sadly missed by her sister inlaw Ana and her many family and friends.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Monday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.
A mass will be celebrated at St. Gheorghe Church, 247 Rosethorn Ave., Toronto, on Tuesday, October 17th, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
