Condolence: Mr. Mitchell was also a member of the St. John Parish ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY BOARD. He kept me on my toes, and I will miss him dearly. He said what he meant and meant what he said. He was very knowlegeable on our board. I must say he was an icon and missing him is putting it mildly. Rest in Paradise Mr. Mitchell. You have crossed over and God is pleased!!!!
