Obituary for Bruce Wayne Jr McBride

Mr. Bruce Wayne McBride, Jr (AKA Batman) from Stanfield, NC passed away on October 19, 2017.

The family will receive friends at Bruce’s residence in Stanfield, NC. A memorial service will be held on October 21, 2017 at 1pm at Mission Church, 12444 Mission Church Rd., Locust, NC 28097.

Mr. McBride was born on June 10, 1972 to Bruce Wayne McBride, Sr. and Linda Darnell McBride. Along with his parents he is survived by his three sisters, Lenora Stitt and husband Paul of Gold Hill, Terri McBride and Thomas of Concord, NC and Tenna Overton and James of Bladenboro, NC; three nieces, Tiffani Stitt, Karen Smith, Hannah Overton; one nephew, Colton Overton; his partner, Angie Bumgarner of Stanfield, NC; step children, Nicole Mumm and Matt Beaver of China Grove, NC; step grandson, Levi James Mumm; step grandmother, Frances Yow of Kannapolis, NC.

Mr. McBride attended Central Cabarrus High School and had Bachelor of Animal Sciences from NC State University. Bruce worked at Americhem for 17 plus years and Dennis Vineyards for over 5 years. He enjoyed being outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also loved to grill and cook.
