Obituary for Steven Dale Fitzwater
Steven Dale Fitzwater of Potosi, Missouri was born on February 20, 1982 in St. Louis, Missouri, a son to Erwin Dale Fitzwater and Anola Gay Vandergriff. Steven entered eternal rest on Friday, October 20, 2017 having reached the age of thirty-five years and eight months.
Steven will be missed by all those who knew and loved him including his mother, Anola Vandergfiff of Potosi; father, Dale Fitzwater of St. Louis; sister, Stephanie Fitzwater of Potosi; grandparents: Clyde Vandergriff of Mineral Point; Lloyd and Mary Fitzwater of Potosi; also surviving are a host of dear aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
Steven is preceded in death by two grandmothers: Elva Vandergriff and Helen Fitzwater; and a special cousin whom Steven knew as munchkin, Lacey Clapp.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 from 5-8 p.m. and Wednesday, October 25, from 9-11 a.m. at the DeClue Funeral Home, 301 East High Street, Potosi, Missouri 63664.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 11 a.m.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted into the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi, Mo.
