The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Agnes Schiermeyer can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: CM
Condolence: “Your dead will live.
My corpses* will rise up.+
Awake and shout joyfully,
You residents in the dust!+
For your dew is as the dew of the morning,*
And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." (Isaiah 26:19) This prophecy tells us that one day we will see our dead loved ones again in a new world! Please seek Jehovah God to see his promises fulfilled...

Condolence: Agnes was one of the kindest people I have ever known. I'll never forget all of the fun parties that I attended with a special group of girls and how we would make her blush. I also remember when I was going through a particularly tough time in my life she took time to give me a card and a gift. She will be missed, but her memories will be alive! Fly high sweet angel.

Condolence: I was so sad to see the passing of Agnes. She was a remarkable woman. Whenever I saw her she was so warm and friendly. I meet Agnes through her sons Ben and Daniel. She raised two mighty fine men. I will never forget you Agnes. To Ben and Daniel, your parents will always be with you and cherish your memories. Love you both!

Condolence: Agnes was a great friend who you knew you could always depend on. She was a pillar of support in troubled times, was warm and caring, and I always appreciated her advice. She was my wife’s best friend and after my wife’s passing she continued to make the occasional trip to Canada to visit. She especially enjoyed the trip to her favorite store Deningers to stock up on German goodies such as Wurst and Mohrenkoepfe. In better times when our kids were small we used to visit each other and I always would give Daniel a bear hug greeting just to tease him. I remember Agnes always thought this was funny and would remind Daniel to give me a hug. We were happy to hear Agnes found a wonderful partner, Mike after her husband’s passing. We only met Mike briefly but know that he was great for Agnes and did a lot for her during the time she was ill. They both deserved a little more time together however this was not to be. To Mike, Benedikt and Daniel we offer our condolences for your terrible loss from Jim, Lorraine, Maria and Philip.
