The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Constance Hofmeister can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I would like to pass along my sincerest sympathy to Bruce, Connie’s family and the Hofmeister’s. I new Connie from high school and we were both a part of the Hofmeister family. I was able to reconnect with her at our school reunion. She was an amazing person with a kind and gentle loving soul. She will be sadly missed. Taken from us far to soon.
