Condolence: I was shocked as I heard the sudden passing of Leona. I came to know her through Norman. My wife and I invited Norman and Leona to a party at Tim Spanos house few years ago and had a good time.

Condolence: I was saddened to learn of Leona’s passing. Her passion for teaching came through when I had her as my lab instructor in Physics at the University of Alberta in the 80s. I’ll also enjoyed hearing her voice as part of Dnipro choir. Deepest condolences to her family and friends. Vichnaya Pamyat!
