Joy Elizabeth Willis, 68 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Monday, November 20, 2017, at Saint Thomas Highlands Hospital in Sparta.

Born Friday, January 14, 1949 in Cahoozie, New York, she was the daughter of Henry Hulse and Elizabeth Burroughs Hulse. She was the wife of David Willis.

Surviving are her husband, David Willis of Sparta, TN
Sons, Joseph Willis of Arizona
Jeffrey Willis of New York
Dean Willis of New Jersey
Daughter, Carey Lynn Wedekind of Virginia
Sister, Charity of North Carolina
and several grandchildren also survive.

She was a wonderful person, wife and mother. A Memorial Service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, December 2nd at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Sparta.
