Obituary for Adam Michael King

Adam Michael  King
Adam Michael King of Potosi, Missouri was born on January 23, 1989, a son to Michael R. King and Lisa G (Warden) King. On April 9, 2010, Adam was united in marriage to Angela N. Maxwell.

Adam entered eternal rest on Sunday, November 19, 2017 having reached the age of twenty-eight years, nine months, and twenty-seven days.

Adam will be missed by all who knew and loved him including his beloved wife, Angie King of Potosi; daughter, Kiera King and step-son, Devin Sandefur - both of the home; parents, Mike and Lisa King of Potosi; sister, Natalie Hinkle and husband Nathan of Mineral Point; nephews: Ayden Hinkle and Carter Sisco; grandmother, Phyllis Warden of Potosi; aunts and uncles: Vicki and Joe Trokey of Cadet, Melinda and Ernie Courtois, and John King of Potosi; mother-in-law, Tracy Sisco and husband Jerry of Potosi; father-in-law, John Maxwell of Pacific; and brother-in-law, Dustin Sisco and wife Kate; also surviving are extended family members and dear friends.

Adam is preceded in death by his grandparents, William "Bill" and Marie King; and LeRoy Warden.

Adam Joined the Bismarck Police Force in 2016 and joined the Terre Du Lac Police Force in March 2017.

Visitation was held Friday, November 24, 2017 at the DeClue Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Funeral Services were conducted on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 11 AM held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Pastor Tom Conboy officiating assisted by Elder Leonard Compton. Honoring Adam by serving as Casket Bearers were: Tim Cook, Josh Sadler, Ignatius Damier, James Warden, Dustin Sisco and Jerry Sisco.

Interment and final prayers was held in the Liberty Baptist Cemetery, Belgrade, Missouri. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home.
