Carol Jean (Archer) Browne, 73 of Annapolis, Missouri received a "Marvellous Escort", Tuesday, November 21, 2017 as she was escorted by the best of Heavens' Angels from her residence to her brand-new home in heaven. Carol was born Nov 26,1943, to Parents Glenn Archer and Otillia (Hofmann) Archer at St Louis, Missouri. As a child she attended School at St Boniface St louis and Cleveland High School. She was united in marriage to Bobbie J. Browne, Sr., on October 24, 1963, and to this union five children were born. To her family she served as a homemaker and was an awesome cook who loved to prepare for the family and countless friends fried fish, deer, turkey, squirrel, and her famous blackberry cobbler. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother and great grandmother. Carol was a prayer warrior and a woman of great faith and who had an extraordinary love for her family and everyone she knew. Carol attended First Assembly of God Church at Des Arc.
In addition to her husband Carol is survived by 3 sons, Rev. Bobbie J. Browne, Jr. and wife Sharon of Potosi, Missouri, Paul "Pete" Browne and wife Donna of Des Arc, Missouri, Mark Browne and wife Mavis of Annapolis, MO and one daughter Lori Westmoreland and husband Donald of Piedmont, Missouri. Nine grandchildren, Caleb Browne, Michaela Browne, Jordan "Jordie" Browne, Jennifer Browne, Betty Browne Comer, Wyatt Browne, Ben Browne, Katelyn Browne, Ashley Westmoreland; three great grandchildren, Easton, Kinsley and Raiden Comer; two brothers Francis Archer of St Louis, Tom Archer and wife Linda of St Louis; two sisters, Mary Joan Sanders of Live Oak, Florida, and Rita Colberg of Mounds View, Minnesota.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an infant son Keith Anthony Browne; two brothers Glenn Archer, and Raymond Archer of St Louis and one Sister Pat Robb of Barstow, California. Carol will be greatly, greatly missed by her family and all her knew her.

Visitation was held Friday, November 24, 2017, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont. Funeral services were held Saturday, November 25, 2017, at 11:00 am, at Des Arc First Assembly of God Church. Burial was at Meadows Cemetery in Annapolis, MO. Rev. Bobbie Browne Jr., Bro. Jerry Patterson, and Rev. Shane Whitacre ministered to the family. Ben Browne, Terry Moore, Russel Moore Jr., Jordan Browne, Hunter Griffin, Caleb Browne, Wyatt Browne, and Russell Browne served as pallbearers.
