Neville D James was born on November 17, 1956, the fourth child of Mr. & Mrs. Richard James in a small farming district, Kew Park in the parish of Westmoreland. He attended the Kew Park All Age school when he attained his A level. Neville attended the Kew Park Anglican church. He was raised under strict biblical principles and was active in the Sunday School and Youth Fellowship.
As a Young man in the district he was an avid hunter. He would go to any means necessary to ensure that his family had food. He was looked up on as a mentor to everyone around him.
Looking for a better life, Neville migrated to the United States on the Farm Work Program where he worked very hard to achieve his goal. He eventually settled in South Florida where he lived and worked for over 25 years.
All who crosspath with him found him to be a kind jovial and a very smart individual. Neville would master any task that was given to him.
In 2010, the burden of life got the better of him and his life made a dramatic turn. The person who we all knew and loved had changed. However, our love for him did not change, we could still share good moments with him.
Sadly, on his birthday, November 17, 2017, Neville went missing and was discovered miles away from his home. He is sadly miss.
He is survived by mother: Miriam James, Jamaica; Sisters: Agnes, Delores, Jacinth, Moreen; Brothers: Leonard, Oswald, Michael, Richard, Clifton: a host of nieces, nephews, friends and co-workers.
May his soul Rest In Peace. Sleep On my brother. God will take care of you
