Obituary for Carl Ray Skaggs
Carl Ray Skaggs, 55, of Grayson died Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. He was born January 13, 1962 in Grayson; a son of Robert and Janet (Carper) Skaggs of Grayson.
Ray was a Heavy Equipment Operator for Frederick and May in West Liberty, KY and a member of the Lower Grassy Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Madonna (Varney) Skaggs; a son, Brandon (Tabitha) Skaggs of Grayson; two brothers, David (Toni) Skaggs and Bobby (Peggy) Skaggs all of Grayson; a sister, Mary (Mike) Burnett of Grayson; two granddaughters, Summer and Wynter Skaggs; a special nephew, Rodney (Donna) Skaggs of Ashland; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sparks Funeral Home, Bro. Mike Burnett. Burial will follow in the Horsley Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday, November 27, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Sparks Funeral Home.
