Peggy Cordell Parker, 78, of Charlotte, North Carolina, went to be with the Lord Saturday afternoon, November 25, 2017.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Collins Parker; two children, Kimberly Dawn Parker and Michael Wayne Phifer; her parents, Marshall and Alberta Cordell; and her brother, Billy Cordell.

Her immediate family includes her children, Tony Lynn Phifer (Chellie) and Thomas Scott Parker; her sister, Nancy Cordell Rowell (Ken); five grandchildren, Michael Wayne Phifer, Jr.,Dustin Marshall Phifer, Matthew Kyle Phifer, Zachary Blake Phifer and Colton Ashe Parker; four great grandchildren, Hunter Wayne Phifer, Hudson Kyle Phifer, Elise Johanna Phifer, and Blake Marshall Phifer.
