Victor was born in Point Hill, Clarendon Jamaica on August 31, 1933. His parents Cornelius and Lynnette later moved the family to Spanish Town where his Father worked at the United Fruit Company Sugar Estate. He grew up with his 5 brothers Leslie, Kenneth, Percy, Donald, Jimmy and his sister Hope. He Married Hyacinth Powell on August 27, 1955. They moved their family to Canada in November 1967. He worked in the auto/trucking industry in both Jamaica and Canada. He loved to garden and worked not only in his home but looked after the garden at his church for many years. He also loved the beach and whether in Jamaica or Canada he would spend countless hours either at the beach or just sitting in the sun. It was the thing that made him the most happiest
Family was everything to Victor. He loved his wife, children, siblings and extended family unconditionally. One of his favourite saying was "Family First". He would be the first to render any help to his family members whether it meant flying or driving across the world. His kindness and generous spirit will live for an eternity.
In lieu of flowers, donation to the New Life Community Church Fund would be appreciated.
