Obituary for Wallie Albert Frank "Louis" Weis

Wallie A. Weis, age 86, died peacefully at home watching Wisconsin Waters and Woods and Larry Smith Outdoors (his two favorite shows on Sunday morning, December 24, 2017). He was born on May 14, 1931 in Whitefish Bay, WI to Arthur and Margarette (nee Kaap) Weis. Wallie was in the U.S. Marine Corps and there he met and later married his love, Betty (nee McKee) Weis on May 14, 1955. Wallie loved fishing, gardening and was always busy doing something. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Wallie is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Betty; children, Duane; Jeffrey (Deanna), Scot, Daniel (Tammy); grandchildren, Melanie, Amanda (Cody) Efaw; Kevin; great-grandson, Colt Efaw and step-great-grandsons, Parker and Cooper Efaw. He is further survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Wallie is preceded in death by his son, Kevin, parents, siblings, Louise, Irene, Arthur Jr. and Karl.

A Memorial Service will be at 1:30 PM on Friday, February 16, 2018 at the Phillip Funeral Chapel (142 0 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend, WI 53095) with Pastor John C. Bass presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday, February 16, 2018 from 1:00 PM until the time of the service (1:30 PM). Interment at Wisconsin Memorial Park at a later date.
