Matthew Christian Karr
Matthew Christian Karr, 55, entered into rest on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at his residence.

He was the husband of Brenda L. (Davis) Karr.

Matthew was born in York on February 22, 1962, son of the late Christian R. and Paula K. (Welsh) Karr.

Matthew was a Press Operator for New Standard Corporation. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and loved buying and selling antiques and collectibles.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Matthew Miller and his wife, Jessie; step daughter, Stacy Lybarger; step son, Ryan Lybarger and his wife, Kristie; grandson, Eli Miller; two brothers, Daniel C. Karr and his wife, Phyllis Kraft and David C. Karr and his wife, Paige Hummel-Karr.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Etzweiler Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, 700 Hellam Street, Wrightsville, with Reverend David MacKenzie, of Bridgeway Community Church, officiating. There will be a visitation on Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
