Condolence: Ive known Joe ever since i was very young, he always said i was like his daughter. I remember him as being a very vibrant, hyper, happy person. I lost touch with him these past few years and woke up thinking about him, hoping that what i was feeling wasnt true. Unfortunately it was :( Joe you will be missed, ill always remember you as the crazy, fun person you were. My condolences to his family 💜
