Condolence From: George Siglinger
Condolence: Charles was a longtime friend of My Aunt Dorothy and Uncle Ralph Waits. Got to know him well at "The picnic table". He was a really good guy and always had his overalls on. After a few years not seeing him he was at a Family Gathering and was in a dress shirt and slacks...almost didn't recognize him. Charles was a pleasure to know and will be missed by many. RIP my friend..George Siglinger and Linda Law.
