Obituary for Patricia Ann Capuccini

Patricia Ann Capuccini
Memorial services are planned for Patricia A. Capuccini, who joined the Lord, January 3, 2018, after a lengthy illness.
Born and raised in Watsonville, California to Dale and Alta Hockabout, Pat spent her days on the family ranch playing with her sister, Juanita and many cousins. In the late 40’s the family relocated to Sonora where Pat graduated from Sonora High. After high school, Pat came to Stockton, and attended Humphrey’s College while working as a Nanny. She was employed at Wilkinson Grain until she married the love of her life, Armand “Cappie” Capuccini, where she would be a mother, seamstress, avid crafter and a die hard AS THE WORLD TURNS fan. A hard-core doll enthusiast, she not only collected them but loved to make porcelain dolls until her illness began taking a toll on her mobility.
After the death of her husband in 1978, she once again joined the workforce where she worked at Equifax as a transcriber, until her retirement in 1993. Pat enjoyed her retirement years and looked forward to having “lunch with the girls” at their favorite Chinese restaurant. She also enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents, Alta and Dale, her husband Cappie, grandson Nicky. She will be missed greatly by: her daughters Debi Sands (Steve), Ann Storm (Gerold). Her grandchildren: Ryan Sands(Becky), Amanda Storm, Samantha Vega (Benny) and Gabrielle Storm and her great grandchildren Giana, Kayleigh, Nicholas, Nathan, Rachel, Sophia and Riley. Pat is also survived by her siblings Juanita and Dennis.
The family would like to express their extreme gratitude to Lorraine Yancey for her 55 + years of friendship and to the Creekside facility for their care and support.
The family cordially invites friends and family to the home of Ann and Gerold Storm January 20, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. for an afternoon of sharing stories, memories and celebrate a life well lived.
