We were here around a year and a half ago when our step dad passed away and things didn't go well at all. Needless to say, we were very nervous on how all of this would work with the death of our mom. My parents had already purchased part of a burial package, and during my initial meeting with Covington, some months before my mom's passing, all the details were confirmed, and I was made aware of an additional cost that had not been part of the package.
