The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of John Washington can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: So sorry for your loss.
I know words can not take away the sadness you all feel right now, only time and good memories will heal the heart.
I only know to well, as I have lost my loving Mum this past September.
Your Dad (husband) was a very proud man and sounds like he lived life fully.
I only remember him as a concerned father always protecting his family. Always ready to help you and guide you. Even though in those teen years you didn't want to hear it.
So I give you all a big hug and hope to see you at the celebration of life gathering.
Please let me know when that is. I'd really love to see all of you and catch up.
