I met Kenneth and his brothers at a mid night preview when they, Keith, Kenneth anf Virgil (shunie) and I were working at the movie theaters. Forgot the name of the movie. I became Keith's girlfriend and from there our futures begain. Keith and I married, and moved to Wichital, KS where my family came from. Kenneth and Keith got jobs helping build the new airport. We moved in together having been joined by a their cousin Raymond Neal, It was winter in Kansas and Raymond decided to go home to Pampa. Kenneth stayed with us till Keith decided to move back to Pampa. Kenneth joing the Air Force. by the time he did his tour with the AF, we had moved to Dallas. Kenneth had met and married Gila by then and they came back to TX. staying with us till Gila got a job and Kenneth used his education bennifits with the AF to go to school I think it was Braughms Business School. Kenneth having finished his education got a job with Krogers Grocery as produce manager. He helped us out with produce, being able to give us vegetables that were to be thrown out. By then Keith had been laid off from Ford and gone into running a Texaco Station, that is when Kenneth joined Keith at the station. Getting his own Texaco station. From this point our ways started going different directions. Keith being called back to Ford. where he continued to work till his retirement. Kenneth got a job in Arlington with General Motors and moving there. Later he and Gila bought their land in Rio Vista. Building there home on thier land. and getting into the farming - cattle business. Later we bought a few cows and worked together on their fam. We parted ways when we saved enough money to buy our land in Richland. Still we worked together helping each other out as needed. Keith retired from Ford after 34 years and Ford shut down the Dallas Plant. Kenneth still was working for GM until he had his heart attack and had to retire. After he retired he was able to keep the farm going. We still sorta worked together if one of us needed helpl By then Virgil, (Shunnie) had his land and all of us helped each other out. Kenneth was fortunate to be able to live in Rio Vista and raise his family having grown to 3 kids. Andy, Remona, and Frank. That is our part in the story
