The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Vera Alexander can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Tommie L. Reynolds
Condolence: Vera was a Real Sweetheart! She always had a smile across her face. She will be Greatly Missed at Lighthouse Assembly of God. I'll never forget first time she & I really had a conversation at church,I told her I might not remember her name but I'd always remember her face. In response she told me she'd always remember my name because she use to have a sister in law with the same name, to which I really thought she was kidding me, no one else would name their daughter Tommie, but she laughed and assured me she had had a sister in law named Tommie Reynolds! She always lit up the church when she walked in. Now she's shouting on the streets of Gold waiting for the rest of us to join her. SHE HAS BEEN MADE WHOLE! LOVE & MISS HER

Condolence From: Maurene Vann
Condolence: Vera was a very special person. She was a friend of my mothers first and after playing many games of Rumicube she became my friend as well. Vera always welcomed me with a smile and a hug and said goodbye the same way. I will miss that smile and hug so much.
