The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Basil Duncan can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Charlene and I were blessed to have known Basil for a brief time when we met him at New Life Presbyterian Church in Escondido one Sunday morning. We enjoyed our conversations and getting to know Basil and the faith that he had in our Lord Jesus Christ. We look forward to seeing him again one day in glory. May the Lord be with you all and grant you God's peace.
