The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Sharon King can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.

My first time meeting Aunt Sharon

I was about 16 and Uncle Larry brought her to meet mom and dad.  She and my mom hit it off from the moment they met and through the years she visited us alot.  I know anyone that knew my dad can just hear him telling Uncle Larry she is just too good for you Larry.  They all laughed and she then ask dad "So I meet your approval?"  Dad being Joe King said yes and I still say your too good for my little brother.  He gave him him hug and said it is about time.  I will never forget that day because it is when a very special lady came into my family that I adored and grew to love very much over the years.  She was a very good mom and I am so proud of the things she did in her life.  She was so proud when she became a teacher and she was so proud of all her children.  Thank you Aunt Sharon for my memory and being a part of my family.
