Condolence: Dear Looney Family and Clergy, My wife Patricia and I have fond memories of Fr. Looney. He might be called a "priest's priest" . A holy and saintly man, indeed. We can never remember him without a smile on his face and a cheery hello. I used to see him walking all the time in Tamaques Park when I would be riding my bike. At Mass, his homilies and sermons were enlightening and to the point. Fr. Looney was an integral part of the community and served the parishoners of Holy Trinity with a great passion and love.
