Frank M. Tarango
Frank Mendoza Tarango (Pops or Gramps) 65 of Rialto passed away surrounded by his family on January 21, 2018. He was born August 28, 1952 in Los Angeles, Ca to his Parents Sotero Ortega Tarango and Virginia Mendoza Tarango. He married Gloria C Rodriguez and spent 50 years at her side. They had six children Mike Flores, Frank Tarango Jr., Athena Tarango, Tanya Tarango, Abriana Zamora and Samantha Trujillo. Frank graduated High School and continued his education at East Los Angeles College where here received a Certificate for Haz-Mat then went on to work in Environmental Waste Control for 20 years. Frank was a Christian man; he enjoyed ATV riding, Oldie Concerts and being Handy Manny.
