The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ernest Cooper can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

We are so sorry we missed Neil's celebration of life. He was a wonderful man and we will miss him. I am thankful for the conversation I had with Neil the day before his death. It doesn't make it an easier except knowing he is not suffering any more is a relief and he is now with the lord. We we miss you Neil but we will see you one day before long.
