Barry Russell Sutcliffe, 63 of Walling, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018, at Concordia Nursing and Rehabilitation in Carthage.

Born Thursday, March 25, 1954 in Ypsilanti, Michigan, he was the son of James and Ola Smith Sutcliffe.

A memorial service will be held in Clarkrange, TN on February 17, 2018. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be given to the White County Library or the music fund of SFUMC.
