Jean Ann Fehr passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at the age of 71.

Jean was born to parents Russell and Ethel Smith on August 29, 1946 in Cincinnati, OH. She had one older sister growing up. She attended The University of Cincinnati where she earned her teaching degree. Jean became a teacher, married Cliff Fehr and was blessed with two handsome sons. The family moved to Houston, Texas where she would call home for the rest of her life. Jean was a very talented artist and when she wasn’t teaching she was using her talent creating dolls out of clay.

Jean then married Officer Kenneth Perreault on December 5, 1992. She taught children with hearing impairments until her retirement.

Jean is survived by her loving husband Kenneth Perreault; her son, Kirby Pierce Fehr; her son, Bradley David Fehr; and her granddaughter Haley Fehr. She is preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Ethel Smith; and her older sister Becky.

Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial celebration of Jean Ann Fehr’s life at The Second Baptist Church located at 6400 Woodway Drive on Saturday February 10th at 10:00 am. A reception will follow shortly after the service.
