The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Harold Bailey can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Harold

Where do I start.   First memory of this Gentle man was with Mark Kennedy, when we were younger than twenty and not yet married.  We were on our way to Ridgetown and we stopped to see Harold, about a TV or something.  Harold was so kind and welcoming.  I was impressed with how he knew just what we needed and where, in his vast collection of TV parts and peices, the items were.  Little did I know at that time, that his Daughter, Marcia, would become my closest and most valued friend.  I got to know Harold little by little over the years.  His incredible strength, his strong beliefs and values, his gentle soul, always shone through.  I learned that he had a great sense of humour.  And he was always welcoming, no matter the circumstances.  And I know how very much he loved his family.  Harold. I will miss you.  Miss hearing the "how are you Debbie" that came every time I saw you.  Miss hearing about your antics.  But I know that Marcia will continue to tell me the wonderful stories of the adventures and challenges of the life you lived here on earth. Thank you Harold, for the gift of your wonderful daughter. She has been a rock, has worried about you every single moment, and I know her heart is broken and she misses you terribly.  Do not worry, I will be here for her as you watch over her from above.  Rest with God, Harold.  With love and respect, Debbie
