The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Norman Willoughby can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Another one of God's servants called Home. We can only imagine the joy that radiated from Norman as he stepped from time into eternity. He has looked upon the face of Jesus the One he served with love and devotion.
May the Lord be your source of comfort, peace and hope. All the special memories you have tucked away in your hearts will also bring a measure of comfort.
We remember the Willoughby family from our days at Stone Church....wonderful, inspiring memories.
