It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Palmina Falcone, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 58 years. Loving companion of Patrick and loving daughter of Emma. Cherished by her daughter Felicia and her siblings, Santo (Susan), Frank (Gina), Joe (Pina), Susanna (Thomas) and by her many nieces and nephews.
