Barbara Baucom Kirk
Barbara Baucom Kirk, 65, of Seguin and formerly of Andrews, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018 in Seguin.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life at 2:00 PM Friday, February 16, 2018 at McNett Funeral Home Chapel in Andrews with Bishop Jonnie C. Miller, officiating. Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Ringling Memorial Cemetery in Ringling, Oklahoma. Visitation will be 5 PM – 9 PM on Thursday and 9 AM – 2 PM on Friday. Barbara was born on September 24, 1952 in Hobbs, News Mexico to James Leonard Baucom and Velma Lavon Lyons Baucom. She was raised in Andrews and attended Andrews High School. She had served in the U.S. Air Force. She graduated from San Jacinto College in Baytown with an Associate Degree in Paramedicine and graduated as a Registered Nurse from Regents School of Nursing Online from Albany, New York. She had worked as an EMT, Paramedic, RN, trauma nurse, and with hospice for over 31 years. She enjoyed traveling with her job and seeing many family and friends along the way. She loved working for the Veteran groups and had rode in the motorcycle ride in Tennessee. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren taking them hunting and fishing and will be remembered as a practical joker. She was an Ordained Deacon and member at St. Athanasius Orthodox Church in Andrews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her 5 children, John Crady, Jr. and wife, Rachel, of Seguin, Callie Crady of Seguin, Keith Tyler and wife, Paige, of Maryland, Eric Tyler and wife, Christine, of Wimberly, and Jimmy Clayton and wife, Pam, of Magnolia. brother, James Baucom and Kendall Robertson of Andrews, 13 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be sent to Guadalupe Regional Medical Center Hospice in Seguin.
