Richard Nolan Bice
Richard Nolan Bice, age 92 of Winnsboro, passed away on Sunday, February 18th, 2018 in Tyler. He was born on February 17th, 1926 in Fort Worth to Asbury Verne Bice and Elizabeth "Hazel" (Harwell) Bice. He was a retired Production Supervisor with WBAP Channel 5, NBC affiliate, as well as World War 2 veteran of the US Navy having obtained the rank of Seaman 1st Class.
He was preceded in death by his wife Charlene (Waller) Bice and his parents. He is survived son Chuck, son Craig and his wife Sherry,he is also survived by four grandchildren, Tuesdee Stewart, Tiffany Wiggington (Chris), Clark Bice (Julie), and Tyler Bice as well as six great grandchildren, Riley and Cole Stewart, Cela and Tanner Wiggington and Claire and Lillie Bice.
