Ruth Pomerantz unexpectedly passed away on February 23, 2018. Ruth was born July 28th, 1926 in Chicago Illinois. She was the beloved wife of Stanley Pomerantz, MD. She attended the University of Illinois where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and the University of Chicago School of Social Work. She is survived by her children Kenneth and his wife Lisa of Morris Township NJ and Michael Aaron and his wife Alane of Warren RI, and grandchildren Benjamin, Samuel and Hayley. Ruth was an outgoing, caring woman who loved her family and always spoke her mind. She was dedicated to healthy living through nutrition and exercise. She will be missed by all.
