The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Sandra Cheyne can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Good bye, Sandra, you left us much too quickly. I was stunned to discover how sick you got shortly after caring for Gail in Florida with Paul and Gerry, before Christmas. Sandra Cheyne means welcome, kindness, generosity, thoughtfulness, caring and gardening skills no one's had at Davidson until she came along. You are missed, but it will be much worse this summer at the cottage!

Condolence: We are thinking of you daily, Dad, and sending much love your way. Sandy was a very warm, loving, and accomplished woman. She was a very caring and thoughtful Stepmother to me and Shelley, and she touched so many lives! She will be greatly missed.

Condolence: We were stunned and dismayed by this terrible news. Sandra was like a ray of sunshine to so many who knew and loved her. We will miss her enthusiasm and zest for life, as well as her canny bridge playing skills. Cottage life will never be the same without her. Our hearts are broken.
