Condolence: Mrs. Patrick wouldn't let me skip Algebra II in 1992, something that I punished her for by being a total belligerent jerk to her for two years during my Sophomore and Junior years. After many years of Calculus, Statistics, Econometrics, etc., I realized that Sue Patrick was the best math teacher I ever had. In my life. I so deeply regret having been so awful to her, and regret even more never telling her that I hold her in the highest esteem. Mrs. Patrick, I hope you can hear this. You are the one that taught me my love of math. Thank you.

Condolence: Ms. Patrick was, without question, one of the most positively influential teachers of my life. My wife, another former student, shares the same opion. Thank you, and rest well up above!

Condolence: I remember Sue so fondly from our time together at Greeley Central. She was an inspiration to so many people...especially her students. I always appreciated Sue’s sound advice and quick wit. She taught me many life lessons...I am so grateful to have known her. Her influence made me a better educator. Sue will be greatly missed. My condolences to her family during this difficult time.

Sincerely,
Mary Lauer

Condolence: Sue was an inspiring teacher for both her students and her colleagues. As a fellow GCHS teacher and golfing buddy, one of the things I enjoyed most about Sue was her sense of humor and the twinkle in her eye when she laughed. Sue could really hit the golf ball, too! She was one of my son’s favorite teachers. Mrs. Patrick leaves a special legacy at GCHS.

Condolence: I was fortunate enough to become friends with Sue through golf. I was invited to join this "elite" group about 12 years ago. From the first day, Sue treated me like we had been friends for years. I have missed that lady on the course. I have and will continue to think of her every time I play. Rest in peace my sweet friend❤

Condolence: Mrs. Patrick was my math teacher at Greeley Central in the 1980s, and she was a wonderful teacher - smart, funny, perceptive and kind. Our family also attended St. Mary's in Greeley so I would see her at school and also at Mass. We were lucky to have her as a teacher. I will light a candle for her here at our parish in Austin, TX on Sunday. Prayers for your family.

Condolence: Dear Family - Sue was a good friend to me over the years, and we were all part of District Six and the Greeley Central family. Larry taught and coached there, later becoming part of the Administration, and he knew Sue was a GREAT teacher to her students. Our daughter, Jessica, was privileged to have been a student in her math classes. After Sue and I retired from teaching, we became golfing buddies and enjoyed our time with our other golfing friends on the public courses in Greeley. Sue and I shared a history of our Catholic faith, and I found that to be a big influence in my daily life. I will miss Sue greatly. God bless her and the family she leaves behind.

Condolence: Mrs. Patrick was one of the best teachers I ever had. I graduated in 1989 (GCHS) and TO THIS DAY - I still think of her. Sorry for your loss. But please know that she influenced so many people in the most positive way possible.

Condolence: I loved Mrs. Patrick! I had her for AP Calc. She ran a tight ship, but I respected and understood that. I remember one time I was crying at my locker right outside her room and she brought me into her room, gave me Kleenex and talked to me. She was a wonderful math teacher and person!!!
