The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Anthony Trotter can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: My condolences to the family on the loss of your loved one. Losing someone you love is truly difficult and I know Anthony will be missed. Please know our Heavenly Father holds out promises that can help us with our sorrow. One such promise is that death soon will be done away with forever (Revelation 21:4) and another promise is that "there is going to be a resurrection." (Acts 24:15) I pray these promises from God, who cannot lie, (Titus 1:2) bring you comfort.

Condolence: I'm very sorry for the loss of Tony. Life is very short. I remember playing Varsity football with Tony; My Teammate and True Warrior! Mayfield High School.

You leave with precious memories that will last forever.

Condolence: Thanks Tony for being a living example of a Godly man. I didn't know you deeply and personally, so I didn't even know you were a disciple of Christ. But it all makes sense now. Your kind, sincere, serving, and humble ways. Impacting those around you without self seeking motive. All the signs of a fruitful tree.
He loved to see us youth play ball at Benavidez Recreation Center. I asked him once if he played, he said "ya, I play a little ball". That's it. Simple, humble Tony. But I learn here today that he was actually an Aggie caliber player. Wow! He used to encourage me when he officiated my middle school games too. Thanks again Tony!

Condolence: I worked with Tony at mesilla park for many many years. During those years we developed a wonderful friendship. I was truly blessed to have gotten to know such a wonderful human being that Tony was. He gave himself completely to the community of Las Cruces and was a prime example of how to be charitable. When i think of Tony he brings a big smile to my face and a warm feeling in my heart! I will miss him until my time is up but i sure hope and pray i get to see him again.

Condolence: We feel very sad for the loss of this very fine person, Tony always treated us with respect and kindness. When he had his store and we made a purchase he ‘threw in a gift’ along with our purchase; he had such a positive way about him.
God bless you. Prayerfully the love and support of family and friends as well as the wonderful memories of him will carry you as you transition through this sorrowful loss.
